Tracks 1-4 were recorded at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby PA on March 26, 1978 and are the remaining songs not found on this album's predecessor, 'The Ultimate Killer Show'. Tracks 5-11 were recorded at the Schaeffer Music Festival at New York's Central Park on August 29, 1975.
